A Facebook app would be cool, so you could update metrics from your profile and display your graph to your friends.
Maybe you could even see your Facebook friends’ metrics along with your own?

I like this idea. It might prompt friends to be more supportive or in communication if one is having a bad day or week and we could also do the same for them if they have lifemetric. Some people wouldn’t feel comfortable posting in their facebook status that they are having a down time but might post a graph to communicate it in an indirect subtle way. I like the idea of seeing how my friends are feeling.

anything that we can remotely update our metrics… email, sending a text message to lm, facebook, etc

This would be so great for lifemetric as well because these types of things on facebook just take off. The support and population would grow immensely so there would be more results to compare to and basically a wider network of people.
